Java developper for over 6 years, Roleplayer (pen & paper, some crpg, and rare occasions on MMORPG due to they being too repeatitive) plays NWN since it came out.

Started with playing OC, then single modules, then online servers, but didn't find a server where 'fast leveling' (like 1 level every 30-60 mn) wouldn't mean +12 weapons at level 1 without roleplaying at all. Playing on a private server with friends. Started to consider modeling our own areas, with the so nice tilesets out there.

I'm all for Community initiatives like CEP, CODI, DLA, CTP, ... but I don't like "all-like-DnD-book" : a CRPG is NOT a pen & paper experience. Playability and balance must come first over realism. So I don't like HCR and such.
